Creation Rules

This rule applies to everyone, including me..... when a player creates a character profile and creates, jutsu, and certain customized weapons, the other players can't ever use the same techniques developed by a player previously, and if you do want to use only with the original developer permission, hence all techniques that weren't used in the naruto series(which are free to all) are under reserved rights of the original author.
